The works on the Junction are proceeding and preliminary works on the Electrification are likewise proceeding. With the formation of a number of residents groups including the most prominent (known as GRAG) DPTI have shown a willingness even if falling down on a number of occasions to listen to the residents of Goodwood, Millswood etc.

For instance I was pleased to see a street cleaner driving down Cromer Parade.

GRAG is proving to be quite a successful group, in spite of the problems experienced in being formed.

They have the ear of DPTI which is good.

They are also helping to set up another group, requested by DPTI, that can co-ordinate all communication in the future.
