I have not blogged since the middle of the month as my focus has shifted to family. Unfortunately not for festive reasons although yesterday was a good day. Like many others we have experienced a Christmas tragedy.

Life does happen and occasionally you simply get sidetracked.

I will be taking some time off to reflect and recharge and will be back on board very shortly. There is much on the agenda already for 2012 and I will endeavour to keep you posted and seek your input. And on the family front we have some good news in the new year with two grandchildren on the way.
