I attended the Anglicare Annual Business Forum on Poverty last evening on behalf of the mayor, on the subject of reconciliation and recognising Aboriginals in our constitution in 2013.
It was held in the lovely Mortlock Library.
Our constitution actively discriminates against Aborigines and needs to be changed to reflect where we are going in the reconciliation process.
