As promised in my blogpost of 4 November, I confirm the consultation of the Goodwood Oval Precinct Redevelopment has commenced.

Council has listed the consultation of the Goodwood Oval Precinct Redevlopment on our Have Your Say webpage. I encourage you to access this and provide your feedback.

I foreshadowed in that blogpost that the Cricket Club were going to conduct a public meeting of their own. This because we have not endorsed what they are proposing. This they have done, last night and convened by your local state member, Jayne Stinson.

Council has already committed to some of these works, while others remain under consideration. Council is seeking the community’s feedback prior to making final decisions.

The webpage then lists several projects. We have indicated in each case which have been committed to and which have not. That does not stop you from suggesting other opportunities.

If you wish to contribute plesae do so on Council’s offical Have Your Say page. Repsonses on my website will not be included in the survey results.

If you are not registered with Your Say, you can request a hard copy of the Goodwood Oval Precinct Redevelopment survey form at the Civic Centre. I am sure we will also receive email responses.
