In accordance with Section 92(2) of the Local Government Act 1999, Council must review its Code of Practice for Access to Council Meetings and Documents within 12 months of the last council election. As part of that process your views are sought.
The purpose of the code is to set out the Council’s principles and practices which support open, transparent and informed decision making by the Council and community access to its meetings and documents.

If you wish to provide comments on the code, they can be made in the following ways:
- Provide your comments online at Your Say Unley or
- Send an email with “Code of Practice for Access to Meetings and Documents” in the subject heading, to [email protected] or,
- Send a written submission to “Code of Practice for Access to Meetings and Documents “, PO Box 1, Unley, SA 5061.
Your feedback will be accepted between Wednesday 13 May and close of business on Friday 5 June 2015.
