Councillor Don Palmer Providing Local Leadership & Working for You

Again residents are left wondering why they should even talk with DPTI on the rail project.

After a prompting last night I traveled down to Cowper Road Black Forest and the picture below was what I expected to see.

Masts right slap bang in the middle of the road view.

The masts were originally earmarked for this location but after consultation they were to be moved north so they were out of sight from the front rooms of the houses on the right in the picture. Oops. Sorry. Not so – here they are as per the original advised location.

Another chapter it would seem in what the locals in this street would call the trail of broken promises.

DPTI’s David Bartlett will be visiting the site today to find out what’s gone wrong.

And I have to say I do not remember the pink flags that earmarked the mast locations being in this position.
